the path

My journey into this work spans a decade of genuine exploration, not through books alone, but through lived experience. Plant-based ceremonies, meditation, travel, inner work, studying with teachers across the world, and countless hours of honest self-inquiry.

What makes my approach different is that I bring together both the energetic and the physical. I hold a degree in Sports Science and have worked as a physical trainer for over 10 years, including at the world-renowned Babington House. I understand the body not just as an energetic field, but as a biological system that must be worked with on every level for real, lasting transformation.
